Notice is hereby given that the Development Officer has issued a development permit in accordance with the Land Use Bylaw No. 01/23 for the following development:
Mitchell Frost of Lougheed, AB to place an Additional Dwelling, Single Detached (Manufactured Home) and Demolish Existing 1940s Dwelling (Highway Commercial District) on the NW quarter of Section 23 Township 43 Range 11 West of the 4th Meridian. NW-23-43-11-W4
Any appeal of this decision lies to the Land and Property Rights Tribunal, whose address is: 2nd Floor, Summerside Business Centre, 1229 – 91 Street, Edmonton, Alberta, T6X 1E9 (phone 780-427-2444).
Any person who deems to be affected by the Development may appeal the decision to the Land and Property Rights Tribunal no later than 4:00 p.m. on May 27, 2026.
Should an appeal be received against this decision, the permit shall not come into effect until the Land and Property Rights Tribunal has issued its decision.
