Flagstaff Celebrates Success is our region’s premier awards gala, hosted annually by Flagstaff County in celebration of the people behind the thriving small businesses.

Held in conjunction with Small Business Week, this fall tradition shines a light on the entrepreneurs, innovators, and community builders who make Flagstaff County strong, vibrant, and full of opportunity.

Each year, we gather for an inspiring evening of recognition and storytelling – complete with a locally made meal, powerful keynote, and heartfelt moments that highlight the pride, perseverance, and passion behind local success.
