Invitation to Tender | Flagstaff County Haying Opportunities
Flagstaff County is inviting sealed tenders for haying leases on County-owned land in the Galahad and Sedgewick areas.
Approximately 54 acres are available across two bidding options:
- Galahad: Approximately 18 acres, including 6 acres at the Galahad Subdivision and 12 acres at the Galahad Lagoon.
- West of Sedgewick: Approximately 36 acres near the Flagstaff County Administration Office.
The successful leases will cover a three-year term from 2027 to 2029.
Tender Deadline: Monday, November 16, 2026, at 11 a.m.
Interested bidders must complete a Haying Tender Submission Form for each bidding option and submit their sealed tenders, marked “FLAGSTAFF HAY TENDER,” to the Flagstaff County Administration Office at 12435 Township Road 442, Sedgewick.
