A bylaw establishing the head of the public body for the purposes of the Access to Information Act (ATIA) and Protection of Privacy Act (POPA) authorizing the delegation of powers and duties permitted under the legislation, establishing administrative authority respecting access to information and protection of privacy matters, and to support compliance with ATIA and POPA.
