Retailer Reimbursement Process

Once a customer redeems their Flagstaff Bucks in full at your business, retailers can submit them for reimbursement using the Flagstaff Bucks Reimbursement Form.

To validate redemption, please ensure your business initials over the ID number on each Flagstaff Buck prior to submission.

Reimbursements are processed within approximately 30 Days of submission. Retailers may submit Flagstaff Bucks individually as they are received or choose to batch submissions together on a monthly basis for convenience.
