Proposed Amendment to Land Use Bylaw 01/23

Purpose of the Amendment
The proposed amendment would remove Data Processing Facilities as a discretionary use from the Agricultural (A) District.
The purpose of this amendment is to remove Data Processing Facilities from all land use districts while Flagstaff County undertakes a broader review of the regulations, development requirements, and potential locations for Data Processing Facilities within the County.
